Accommodation information: SNB pays one room for each club (1 night if the club location is less than 200 KM and 2 nights if it is more than 200 KM.

Thanks to all those who have submitted their requirements for banquet tickets and accommodation, and we would like to inform you that we have new deadlines for those who have not yet done so:

  • September 4: deadline to contact the hotel and book your rooms at the special event rate. Please share this info with your members T E L – (5 0 6) 8 3 0 – 8 3 3 0 / $ 1 4 9 . 0 0 + T A X E
  • September 11: deadline for banquet tickets. We ask that each club make only one request. Tickets cost $35. Menu: Garden Salad, Caeser Salad, Oven-Roasted Potatoes, Meat Lasagna & Grilled Chicken Strips. Dessert, Coffee & Tea also included.
  • September 11: deadline for clubs and committees to send the annual reports for 2022-23.
